Keys to Comfort Healthcare was founded by Shakia Johnson, a compassionate caregiver with over 20 years of experience supporting elderly clients, individuals with special needs, and young children. From her early days as a private caregiver and preschool teacher to her work in school transportation, Shakia has always been dedicated to helping others feel safe, supported, and cared for.
Today, Keys to Comfort focuses on non-emergency medical transportation—providing reliable, respectful, and timely service across Indianapolis. With plans to expand into in-home healthcare, Shakia’s mission remains the same: to be the key to comfort for every client she serves.
